Choppin' (UH!) Broccoli!

That title is for my siblings, who will know just what I mean and exactly how to say that phrase! Anyway, I did the "I just had a baby" thing and I chopped off my hair. I LOVE it, it feels so wonderful to have it be healthy and short... it has been so long since I cut it short. (Hubby prefers it long... he is yet to even know that I cut it as I post this now!)

Thank you to my hair stylists most lovely assistant- Mrs Allison Reber Judd- whom I love dearly. Thank you for scrubbing my head so wonderfully (felt so good!), and for blowing my hair dry, and for baby sitting in the midst of it all!

And another huge thank you to my brother in law Rocky who baby sat Krew for me so I could actually enjoy my appointment! He took him out to lunch and bought him his own little meal and everything, isn't that cute?

I am thinking next time I may even go a little bit shorter- I guess I'll have to see if it is manageable in babyland first! I may want to curse myself for cutting the bangs (as long as they may be) in the next couple of weeks...

I love it!! It's a great length and you can tell Dallas it can always grow back! (Even if you do decide to keep it short!)

Sooo cute and sassy and fresh! There is something so addictive about getting a new short do...I usually follow a big cut with a few trims myself...I understand the urge, my friend! (And know you do pull it off so well--hooray!)

p.s. I have a very distant memory of watching the choppin' broccoli skit--was it on SNL? I had to have been little-little.

kris, I love your hair! I think it's my favorite cut so far on you. I'm glad you did it, despite dallas's advice. He will love it, or learn to love it. how could he not, you look hot! So stylish! I just want my bangs, and all my layers to grow out. Bob cuts must be the trend, look at you, you are so hip! And thank you for praising Rock about the babysitting, he loved that. He loves being with his nephews anytime!

Ok holy cow. I just ran into your blog and realized you use to be in my old ward. (gilbert ranch) and you guys moved when your little guy was tiny. I was pregnant at the time and always sat with Paralee. Ok how wierd is this!! We named our little boy Krew and spelled the exact way. Oh my gosh that's so funny. How is the new house?
